Idiopathic portal hypertension is disease entity characterized by anemia, hugh splenomegaly, esophagogastric varix and bleeding with normal or near normal hepatic function. Recently, we experienced a case of idiopathic portal hyperetension in a
25-year-old man associated with incomplete rotation of intestine, which was managed with surgical intervention.
